PRESENTATION AT THE 6TH ANNUAL GCC GOVERNMENT ORGANISATIONS CUSTOMER CARE CONFERENCE IN DUBAI FROM 26 - 27 FEB 2008

Caleb presented at the 6th Annual GCC (Government Cooperation Council) Customer Care Conference in Dubai from 26-27 Feb 2008, on “Building a Culture of Service Excellence in an Organization”.

He shared on the framework for driving service in an organization and stressed on the critical levers towards ensuring a culture of service excellence in an organization with best practice examples from many organisations.

The conference was held at the iconic 7 star Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai and was attended by the Deputy Minister, Ministry of Civil Service, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other delegates from the public and private sector organizations in the Middle East.

The conference was a platform to discuss latest issues and trends in Customer Care for the private and public sector organizations in the Middle East and was attended by more than a 100 participants from the industry.
